Do you 'toilet' the right way? Here's how you should do it...

You’re sitting on your throne and the time ticks by with no movement going on ‘below’.  It’s the same story you’ve experienced many times and you feel uncomfortable the more days that pass while your poop doesn’t!

If this sounds familiar to you, you’re not alone.  The way we sit on toilets in the western world may actually be why so many suffer from constipation, IBS, and other similar issues.

Check out the brief video below!

As the video shows, there is an easy solution to this problem and that is to get a stool.  If you want something more custom to fit around the toilet shape, there are stools like this Squatty Potty!

I actually learned about this concept a few years ago and bought myself a squatty potty stool and it has definitely helped me – and I’ve suffered with constipation my whole life.

As a side note, disabled toilets which are even higher are even more ‘unnatural’.  Sure, it’s great not to have to go so far to sit down but consider what other problems and difficulties it’s causing when you’re not ‘lined up’ correctly!

While this is probably not the ‘only’ answer to some of these common discomforts and challenges, it’s certainly one natural method to help.

Even if you don’t have constipation or other digestive issues, you’ll find elimination much easier (and cleaner!). It makes sense when everything is lined up properly, right? ;o)

So, now you know.  The next time you sit on your throne, prop your feet up and let it go!

Let it go
